Mental Health Impact – Soldiers Deployed to Iraq

Commissioner Cline kicks off the Fall 2010 lecture series by providing insight on the impact of mental health issues faced by many of the soldiers who were deployed to Iraq. In addition to Dr. Cline’s experience working as the Health Attaché at the U.S. Embassy in Baghdad, Iraq. Dr. Cline will draw comparisons of the U.S. and Baghdad health care systems.

Topics will include changes in the rate of divorce, genetic influences on divorce, variations in children’s reactions to divorce, informal versus formal divorces, and changes in law and social policy.
